Will Glaser

Will Glaser is an influential and innovative figure in the Silicon Valley, and has created products that changed the way consumers use technology. In 2000, he co-founded Pandora Media, Inc., where he served as chief technology officer and chief operating officer. 

Earlier in his career, Glaser was a co-founder of Hydra Systems in 1990, where he designed, developed, and helped bring to market, Hydra’s Andor product line. Prior to the introduction of Microsoft Windows, he developed an add-on board that allowed any IBM-PC compatible computer to seamlessly run Macintosh software.

He also invented and developed the Crystal Scan HDTV display technology at Amtel Video. His extensive technology background also includes consulting with clients ranging from pre-IPO start-ups to multinational corporations such as Hewlett Packard.

Glaser is also a director of Rowl, Inc., a member of the Board of Advisors at OverNear, Inc., and an advisor and board member for the non-profit organization Berkeley Earth. He has also served as board chair of The Boyer House Foundation and as board chair of University Safari. 

Glaser earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a triple major in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics.
