Overview

Relax and save on alternative healthcare services from practitioners participating in the ChooseHealthy® program. Simply show your Blue Shield member ID card at your appointment with a participating practitioner to get your discount.

To find a participating provider, log in to blueshieldca.com/login and under Be Well click the Live healthy tab at the top of the page. Select Well-being discounts and the Alternative care box and then click Find a participating provider. Or simply call (877) 335-2746 (TTY:711), 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

Members receive 25% off on services including:

• Examinations

• Manipulative treatment

• Adjunctive therapeutic procedures

• X-rays

• Supports and appliances

Therapeutic massage services

Members receive 25% off on services on a variety of techniques including:

• Swedish massage

• Deep muscle massage

• Deep tissue massage
