Registration
I already have a Broker Connection account. Do I need to re-register?
No. If you have a Broker Connection account, you DO NOT need to register again. You can log into your account in the same way you have in the past.

If you have a Broker Connection account set up under your tax ID then you DO NOT need to register again. You can log into your account in the same way you have in the past.

If you are the Primary Agent for your agency (Tax ID owner), then you can designate access for others at your company using the Manage Your Accounts page. You will continue to see:

  • Online Client List
  • Commission statements
  • Enrollment sites for IFP, Small Business and Medicare

If your Broker Connection account is under someone else’s tax ID, you have the role of a Subagent. To change your level of access, contact your Primary Agent. Visit the Manage Your Accounts page to see a checklist of what you can do online.

I already have a Broker Connection account. I just joined a new agency. How do I add my new agency to my profile?
Contact your agency to request a Broker Connection account. The Primary Agent can add you to the agency directly on our site which automatically sends you an email to register. Once you enter your demographic information you will be recognized and this agency will be added to your existing Broker Connection account. This allows you to have ONE LOGIN regardless of the agency you are working with. Once logged in you will notice this site contains a agency selection box which can be used to conduct business with each company.

Account management roles
What is the Primary Agent role?
The Primary Agent role is assigned to all Broker Connection users who have registered under their own tax ID. A primary agent can designate up to 4 additional people to also hold this role. Vist the Manage your accounts page for a list

What are the Account Management roles and what can each role do?
The table below shows what each role can do on Broker Connection. Either the Administrator or Primary Agent can assign roles to determine the level of access for each agent and staff member.

Note: The subagent role has optional access to the agency’s client list and commissions. The Primary Agent can turn this on or off in the Manage your accounts page. Click on Resources from the top menu. Then select Manage Your accounts.
