Tips when sending an email to Producer Services:

  • Make sure to indicate the group number and/or subscriber information in the subject line
  • Provide Producer information (Tax ID or Subscriber ID/Producer ID) to verify Broker of Record requests
  • Clearly indicate the reason for the request or action needed

On Broker of Record Requests:

  • Needs to be on company letterhead
  • Must include the group number and producer tax ID
  • Must include title and signature of the group’s authorized representative (if missing, this will not be processed), or complete the Broker of Record form (PDF, 127 KB)
