Blue Shield Promise Community Advisory Committee, Public Policy Committee, and Quality Improvement and Health Equity Committee
The Blue Shield Promise Community Advisory Committee, Public Policy Committee, and Quality Improvement and Health Equity Committee are three different groups made up of members, Blue Shield Promise employees, community agencies, and providers. These groups talk about how to improve Blue Shield Promise programs and policies. Topics include:
- Discussing member and health plan programs
- Providing input on cultural and linguistic services
- Health Equity topics
- Sharing health information with the community
- Giving advice to the Blue Shield Promise Board of Directors on policy issues that affect the health plan and members.
