Medicare Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) are specialized Medicare Advantage plans tailored for individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medi-Cal. These plans offer comprehensive coverage and services, providing a more integrated approach to healthcare.
D-SNPs extend benefits beyond Original Medicare, including prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, and hearing services, transportation assistance, and care coordination.
