Health education for providers

Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan provides you with materials that can help our members stay healthy and manage their conditions. Many of these materials are available in languages other than English, and in alternative formats.

Blue Shield Promise’s Health Education Department helps providers meet state health education requirements through individual provider visits and by providing materials on state-mandated health education topics for distribution to the patients.
